We got a room with a bathtub. The location was amazing and the staff members were brilliantly friendly people from the cleaners to the receptionists. Besides, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Piazza del Duomo.

i was there for 9 nights and ate at poolside restaurant with a nice view. the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view of the sea was nice. it had a great location near to bars/restaurants and the centre and the sunny beach, spa, sauna.

A 5 star hotel never serves coffe at the swimming pool in a plastic cup.Also must have free parking ,internet and powerfuel wi-fi

I have been living in Switzerland for many years and wanted to show Bulgaria to my partner. We arrived at Hotel Helena and we were very positively surprised. Luckily it was possible that we could extend our planned time... So beautiful!!! And the food was just a dream!
